STRESS

       Stress is something that make our brain under the high pressure.Stress usually can divide into two factor,that is internal factor and external factor. Internal factor is include the ability to handle stress that include nutritional status,overall health,and fitness level and emotion well-being.While the external factor include the physical environment including job,relationship between people and other. But what is the main factor that make people stress?
        Main factor that make people stress is depression.Depression can change our lifestyle and will change someone from in good condition to bad.It"s also can make someone looks like unhappy,this is because their feeling in uncontrol condition.For example,someone who is lost their love person feel unhappy.Mostly people who is under depression wants change their unhappy feeling with wrong way like seclude theirself.
        Another factor is because family problem.This stress always happen in the teenagers life.This stress occur when their parents quarrel in front of their children.Then,their children feel stress and tension stay at home.So they decide to make something that can release their tension,such as hang out at shopping complex with their friends.But they don"t know that actually they do the wrong way to solve from their problem.They feel empty when they stay at home.
         The last factor is,environment condition.Many example of environment condition,such as live at noise resident area.They who live in this area will feel stress every day.This condition of stress is very dangerous because this stress can increase from day to day.The example of this resident area are at city.Statistic always show people who live at city are most stress than people who live at village.This situation might happen because at city many development occur so the number of people in the city increase every year.
          The step that can overcome this problem is person who are under the stress must story with someone she or he can trust.With that way she or he can feel more relax and their stress can be reduce. Another way to solve this problem is we must do an active lifestyle.The example of active lifestyle is like jogging,swimming and other.Through this activities they can feel more peace and can handle their stress successfully.
             From this essay,can conclude stress is very dangerous to people.So that,we as a human must be smart to handle our feeling so,we not easily feel stress.Other than that, we must practice healthy lifestyle to avoid stress.
