Dear Lia,
How are you there?i hope so but i think you are not in good condition.I have heard about your condition from your family.From their explanation i guess your depression a bit serious.You must know even i not always beside you but i still care about your condition.Maybe I don"t know why you be like that but I hope you not stay with that condition.So, in this latter i want to give some information and advice for you.
Firstly you must know what actually meaning of depression.Depression is mental illness that will make someone emotion more bad.That condition is very dangerous for people especially we as a teenagers. This I have some way to reduce and control your from depression.First,you must always story you problem to the person that you trust.This way very important because when you story your problem to someone your will feel more relax and relax.So,you cannot get into this problem.
The second way is,you must practice healthy life style such as always jogging,exercise and other. This activities will make your heart feel relax and you can easily control your feeling.This can prevent you from get this depression.It"s is because you feel enjoy and your time fill with activities and you will not feel alone.
Another way you can do to reduce this depression is go to meet counselor.Counselor is someone that can help you to solve your problem. They can teach you how to do to make your depression lost.They usually advise you to join any club or organization that make you busy and forget about your problem.
The last way you can do is you always pray to God.You can pray,recite Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah.When you close with Him you will always feel peace and calm.This will make you easily to controlled your feeling and you will patient to go through all the problem and you alway ready to face any of conjecture in the future..
I think only this I can write and advice you this time.I hope you can use this way to solve your problem and change you to the normal condition again.You must always remember that you not alone.
